Mental Health Funds

It’s strange. We didn’t need to raise taxes to give elected officials their huge raises, pensions, etc. But we do need to raise taxes to avert mental health cuts (Part A, Dec. 5). Now, let’s suppose that mental health appropriations had come first. Hmmmm.
