Diceon Strikes Back: Irvine-based Diceon Electronics Inc., the financially troubled computer products company that is the target of a $27.2-million buyout offer, has filed a lawsuit against the San Diego investment firm that is seeking to acquire it. Calvary Partners LP filed a lawsuit earlier this week in Delaware Chancery Court seeking to amend Diceon’s bylaws and gain access to the company’s shareholder list.
