Baldwin Park : Fee Collection Transferred
The city has reversed its three-year policy of collecting “school impact” fees from developers, voting to transfer the collection responsibility to the Baldwin Park Unified School District.
The City Council voted 3 to 2 last week in favor of the school district collecting fees levied on developers for future school construction that may be necessitated by their projects.
