California’s Water Problems

Well, here we go again! We are going to have to cut back on water usage by 10% of what we used last year at this time. I have always been conservative and kept my utility usage at a minimum, simply because I cannot be wasteful. Now I am told that I need to cut back more, and if I don’t, I will be fined.
