Countywide : Orange County 1990-1991 Resolutions

“I hope to challenge every school, household and place of worship to teach interethnic understanding and respect. I really look toward doing something that will help the victims of hate crimes. My desire is also to expand the interethnic relations program to every schoolin Orange County. There isn’t a week that goes by that a call isn’t coming in about an incident. I want to bring together all the organizations that heal with these crimes in the county and have quarterly meetings. In those meetings we would share information to get a better handle on it and also we could start to recognize trends.”
