Slow-Pitch Tourneys for Men, Co-Ed Teams

The Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor its first Winter Classic Men’s CD Slow-Pitch Tournament on Jan. 26 and 27. There will be a co-ed tournament on Feb. 2 and 3. Sign-ups begin Jan. 2 at Artesia Park, 18750 Clarkdale Ave.

Both tournaments will be in a 16-team, double-elimination format. Entry fees are $75 per team, checks only. Registration deadlines are Jan. 21 for men’s teams and Jan. 28 for co-ed teams. For more information, call Missy Gloshen at 860-3361.
