WHO Misses Goal of Universal Vaccination

The World Health Organization has failed in its bid to vaccinate every child in the world against polio, measles and other childhood diseases by the end of the year, a leading French researcher says. Marc Girard of the Pasteur Institute says one-third of the world’s children still have not been vaccinated.
