William L. Ricci has been promoted to senior vice president-human resources of the Geneva Cos., an Irvine financial-services company. He joined Geneva in 1988 as vice president of employee relations. Before that, Ricci was senior vice president and personnel director of Security Pacific Corp. in Los Angeles.
