Summit Health Ltd.: The health-care provider said net income in its second-quarter surged 86% to $1.8 million from a year ago. Revenue rose 2% to $95.5 million. The Burbank-based company said improved patient mix, rising use of outpatient services and third-party reimbursements accounted for the increases.
