World champion Jill Trenary withdrew from next month’s U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Minneapolis after discovering that she will have to undergo a second operation today on her right ankle. Trenary underwent an emergency operation Jan. 10 in Colorado Springs, Colo., for a tendon and bursa infection.
