Question of Speed

I’ve been out of town for awhile, so is it true that the speed limit on surface streets has been raised to 55 m.p.h.? And is the right lane now the passing lane?

Also, it’s a shame that a luxury car such as the Mercedes doesn’t have turn indicators like my lowly domestic car. I believe that the Mercedes people should begin to require turn signals on all their vehicles and that the drivers should be taught how and when to use them.
