New Yorkers can keep up with the war in the Persian Gulf while passing through Times Square, where news is being shown on a GIANT TV SCREEN. The 23 1/2-by-32-foot screen displays 90-second video news reports every 15 minutes or so. The video screen can be seen for more than 10 blocks.
