Prices range from $138,990 to $154,990, with FHA and VA financing. The monthly homeowners fee will be $130. Move-ins are scheduled in March.
The sales office and model are open daily except Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Hunsaker Avenue.
