A collegiate composer has set the U.S. announcement of war against Iraq to music with a driving rock beat. He calls it his ROCK ‘N’ WAR SONG: “The World Could Wait No Longer.” Scott Moore, 19, a freshman at Hastings College in Nebraska, says he didn’t do it for the money--$200. “In a few months, the song might not be that important.”
