McDonald’s Corp.: The fast-food giant reported record earnings for the quarter--$186.2 million, up 9%--and the year--$802.3 million, up 10%. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 9% to $1.72 billion, and annual revenue increased 10% to $6.78 billion. A key reason for the improved results, according to Oak Brook, Ill.-based McDonald’s, was solid sales growth overseas.
