Jordanians Refused Entry into Syria

AMMAN, Jordan —
Official Jordanian sources said Jordanians trying to enter Syria through the border post of Dara were turned back without reason, following similar problems Sunday. Freight was not affected.
“We don’t know of any problem but we are inquiring into why these people have apparently been refused entry,” said Information Minister Ibrahim Izzeddine.
