Diceon Electronics Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of circuit boards for the computer industry reported a first-quarter loss of $1.6 million, compared to a year-earlier loss of $1.2 million. Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 29 rose 10% to $29.4 million from $26.8 million. The company attributed the loss to a continued softness in its business.
