Judge Orders Birth Control for Abusive Mother

Share

I must commend Judge Broadman for his “creative sentencing” of lawbreakers within a weak judicial system that coddles criminals.

The perfect condition for probation for Darlene Johnson, the 27-year-old pregnant mother of four who pleaded guilty to child abuse, is that she can’t get pregnant in the next five years. When parents can’t respect the rights of their children, society must step in and take over that responsibility until the parent is fit to do so. Judge Broadman not only has served to protect abused children, but also wants to shield any unborn children from disrespectful treatment.

My hat is off to Judge Broadman, because he proposes exploring new avenues that could terminate unlawful behavior.
