The titles, listed with your name in a program, are part of the effort to keep Laguna Beach’s Patriots’ Day parade going. At a time when patriotism is bursting out all over, the annual parade is in financial trouble. . . . Set for March 9, the parade gets donations from service clubs and local merchants. But the recession “has cut into the potential for these funds,” organizers say.
