9 Killed, 27 Wounded by Northern India Bombs

LUCKNOW, India — Bombs exploded Friday night in three crowded places in the northern Indian city of Lucknow, killing at least nine people and wounding 27, authorities said.
Police said two people died in a blast in the city’s main railway station and four in an explosion at a busy street crossing outside. The third bomb exploded in a market, killing three people, they said.
The police said no particular group was suspected for the bomb blasts so far.
