IRAQ will allow the INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS to visit prisoners of war only when the allies have stopped bombing civilian targets, an Iraqi official said. “When the aggressors . . . respect the Geneva Convention . . . we on our part will respect them as well,” Mohammed Said Sahaf, Iraq’s minister of state for foreign affairs, told a news conference in Amman, JORDAN.
