Relative of President of Colombia Kidnaped

PEREIRA, Colombia —
Fortunato Gaviria, the first cousin of Colombian President Cesar Gaviria Trujillo, was kidnaped Wednesday, police said. Fortunato Gaviria, the former provincial governor of Caldas, was taken away by armed men near his home outside this city in the western coffee-growing region of Colombia, the officials said.
