Scores of youths furious over the allied bombing of Iraq stormed a U.N. office in ALGIERS. They scaled the walls outside the U.N. office and ripped down the organization’s flag. The youths also ransacked offices of the airlines of Italy and Egypt. The attacks came after a pro-Iraqi march by about 30,000 Algerians. In BEIRUT, a stick of dynamite exploded near the Saudi-Lebanese Bank, but there were no casualties, police said. They added that a 5.5-pound bomb was defused near the Egypt-Lebanon Bank only minutes before it was due to explode. The blast near the Saudi bank brought to 19 the number of attacks in Lebanon on institutions of countries in the anti-Iraq coalition.
