Treasury Yields Fall: Yields on two-year Treasury notes fell at auction to an average 6.87%, the lowest level in nearly four years. It was 7.09% at the last auction on Jan. 23. The notes will carry an interest rate of 6.75%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,977.90. A total of $12.06 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $40.07 billion.
