Santa Barbara’s Film Fest: Charlton and Fraser Heston, Kim Novak and Dean Stockwell will be on stage for “Evenings With” discussions and screenings of their films during the sixth annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. The March 8-17 festival will feature showings of the entries from four countries for best foreign-language film Oscar consideration. On opening night, a host of celebrities will arrive in a collection of antique cars, attend a prescreening party at the Arlington Theatre and attend a screening of HBO’s “The Josephine Baker Story.”
