General Motors Corp., Detroit, said C. N. (Bud) Moore, 61, vice president in charge of customer sales and service staff, will retire April 1. John D. Rock, 55, formerly general manager of GM’s truck and bus group, will succeed Moore. GM Vice President Lewis B. Campbell, 44, succeeds Rock as general manager of the GMC Truck division. Donald E. Hackworth, 54, succeeds Campbell as vice president and general manager of the Flint Automotive division of the Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac group. Thomas J. Davis, 44, was named a vice president of GM and succeeds Hackworth as general manager of Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac’s Lansing Automotive division.
