Vietnam to Host Investment Forum: More than 400 people from 26 countries are expected at an investment forum in Ho Chi Minh City today through Friday. Hanoi hopes it will bring in desperately needed investment capital. Potential U.S. investors said they see good long-term potential in Vietnam, but will stay away until Washington lifts a trade embargo against Hanoi.
