NASA moved the space shuttle Atlantis to a launching pad to be readied for a scheduled April 6 liftoff, a mission the space agency says will not be delayed by cracked door hinges on the orbiter. A NASA spokeswoman said tiny cracks found on fuel door hinges in Atlantis’ belly were much smaller than those found on the other three orbiters. “They are minor cracks, and we are confident the doors will perform properly in flight,” she said.
