Outlet Mall Proposed for Ontario: Developers and city officials announced a proposed 1.9-million-square-foot outlet mall at the northwest corner of the I-10 and I-15 interchange in Ontario. Western Development Corp. of Washington and Forest City Development Corp. of Cleveland, Ohio, plan a mall costing $200 million with 10 anchor stores and 250 smaller shops. The developers, who have yet to win zoning approval or secure financing, hope to complete the project by the fall of 1993.
