Unisys Creates Board for Defense Unit: Unisys Corp. said it assigned its $2-billion defense unit a separate board, leading to speculation that the debt-laden computer company may want to sell the profitable unit. Unisys said the move complied with a government requirement that foreign nationals not serve as directors of U.S. defense businesses.
