Capital Cities/ABC Expects Low Earnings: Capital Cities/ABC Inc. said the deadly combination of war and recession would have a “significant negative impact”on its first-quarter results. “The current economic climate continues to adversely affect advertisingdemand for both the broadcasting and publishing operations,” the TV network said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
