Nearly 2,000 Phony IDs Turn Up on Spring Break

KEY WEST, Fla. — Almost 2,000 borrowed or bogus drivers’ licenses have been confiscated from underage college students, in Florida to soak up sunshine and suds, since the spring break period began about a month ago, police said Wednesday.
