ON THE TOWN: Who were those crazy guys up singing with the Electric Love Hogs, one of L.A.’s hot young local bands (and just-signed to London Records) who were at the Petting Zoo last weekend? None other than Suicidal Tendencies’ Mike Muir and Robert Trujulio, who joined the Hogs and crooned such faves as “She’s My Cherry Pie” and “Play That Funky Music.” . . . And Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil’s team takes on Alice Cooper’s squad in the ninth annual T.J. Martell Foundation celebrity softball game, scheduled for May 19 at USC’s Dedeaux Field. The foundation, which supports leukemia, cancer and AIDS research, is also raising money with a 900-number contest (dial 900-246-ROCK) whose winner will get to play on Neil’s team and swing with the stars at various industry parties.
