Lost and Found: Writer William Saroyan’s Oscar, missing for nearly a year until it popped up in a pawn shop, has been returned to the foundation named after the author of “The Human Comedy” and “The Time of Your Life.” In a brief ceremony Wednesday at Saroyan Place in San Francisco, the Oscar was given to Robert Setrakian of the foundation.
