David Pierce has been named senior vice president of consumer services for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the Costa Mesa-based real estate franchise subsidiary of the Prudential Insurance Co. Pierce, a 37-year veteran of Prudential, will be responsible for organizing and launching the financial service centers that will be located in offices of the Prudential real estate network.
