Beer Issue Comes to Head for British Politicians

The opposition Labor Party chose a cheery London pub Tuesday to announce policies aimed at halting the rising cost of the traditional British pint.
“Beer prices have raced ahead of inflation,” said Labor trade and industry spokesman Doug Henderson. He blamed the ruling Conservatives for the problem.
