Joffrey Ballet Announces Chandler Pavilion Casting

The Joffrey Ballet has announced casting for its monthlong 35th anniversary season at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, tonight through June 2. Except as noted, all evenings are at 8; matinees at 2.

BOX-OFFICE OUTLOOK

Although Joffrey ticket sales stand at $1.1 million--30% above ticket sales before opening night last spring, according to Joffrey vice chairman Michael Tennenbaum--tickets remain available for all performances during this year’s season. In recent years, audiences have averaged just under 50% capacity during the Joffrey’s spring season.
