U.S. Drug Czar on Tour

MEXICO CITY —
U.S. drug czar Bob Martinez will visit Mexico this week as part of a familiarization tour of several Latin American nations, officials said. The U.S. Embassy said Martinez will meet with President Carlos Salinas de Gortari and several of his Cabinet members.
