Intel Restructures Staff: Intel Corp. announced a restructuring that analysts predict will help it adapt to rapid changes in the cutthroat chip industry. The reforms would carve up business in a new way and shake up the staff lineup, aiming to improve efficiency. The Santa Clara-based firm said it will now have five main product groups and three staff operations, up from three product groups and two staff groups.
