Craig Ferreira has been named operations manager...

Craig Ferreira has been named operations manager of West Coast Restaurant Ventures, the Irvine-based company that owns and operates Bistro 201, Kachina, Barbacoa and Zuni Grill in Orange County. Before his appointment, Ferreira was general manager of Bistro 201. His previous experience in the food service business includes: El Torito Specialty Restaurants, the Clarion Hotel in San Rafael and Saga Food Corp., now known as American Restaurant Group.
