Are these food Oscar people (May 16) out of touch? Do they realize that by awarding all the food Oscars to European chefs, they are missing entire segments of American cooking? What about Chinese cooking? One of the major international cuisines and certainly one of the most popular cuisines in America. Other Asian cuisines and South and Central American cookings are equally missing. Please retitle your article, “America’s best white chefs honor each other”!
