Here They Are: Daytime talk show duo Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford have a nighttime date to co-host the 71st Miss America Pageant, which NBC will broadcast from Atlantic City on Sept. 14. Philbin and Gifford succeed last year’s hosts, Gary Collins and Phyllis George. Collins quit the pageant to devote more time to his own TV program, “The Home Show.”
