Court on Overseas Abortion Aid
What’s happening to this country when a governor defies a ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court as Gov. Pete Wilson did, when he said he would augment the already existing funds for Planned Parenthood so it could continue advocating abortion to those on welfare despite the court’s ruling against public funding (Part A, May 25). (These are my tax dollars.) Also adding fuel to the fire, Gov. Wilson is drastically curtailing the funds for education.
As a Republican taxpayer I ask, does Gov. Wilson dislike children? Do we need a third party?
