DISHING

Share

Thank you for providing our family with a night of fun and laughter. “Dishing” made us giggle, sometimes roar, and just about brought down our house. The detailed and lavish description of Los Angeles cuisine, when read aloud, could rival any comedy club act. Dumplings that “explode in your mouth with a hot rush of steam and flavor.” Steamed salmon that is “gorgeously simple in three sauces” and looks like a “Navaho sand painting.” The greatest moment came with the pig’s trotters stuffed with snails: “A sedate, $9 brown bundle sitting in a puddle of sauce.” Yummm!
