David Edmondson won his third gold medal in the U.S. International Shooting Championships, winning the 50-meter mixed running target at Chino. Edmondson, of Colorado Springs, Colo., scored 1,168 out of a possible 1,200 points.
Bret Erickson of Bennington, Neb., won the International Trap event by three points, scoring 413 out of 425 points. In the free rifle prone event, Thomas Tamas of Columbus, Ga., won with 1,295.1 points.
