OFFSTAGE: Concern accompanied regret over Monday’s resignation of Thomas F. Bradac, founder and artistic director of the Grove Shakespeare Festival (B1). Actors fear that with Bradac gone, the troupe will cut Equity members out of the lineup this season, rendering the professional troupe a community theater, said longtime Grove actor Daniel Cartmell. . . . Festival board President Tom Moon says he has assured staff that their jobs are “not in jeopardy,” but that the theater “might consider” the proposition if funding gets “desperate.”
