GLENDORA : Water Tank OK Ordered

The City Council on Tuesday voted to require Hughes Development Corp. to obtain council approval for the design of a water tank for a planned 12-lot housing development in north Glendora.

The vote came after city Planning Director Stan Wong asked the council to clarify whether an “underground” tank had to be completely or partially under the ground. After council members disagreed on the terminology, the council voted to require Hughes to submit its tank design plans for approval.
