Have Kitchen, Will Travel

Enjoy the great outdoors with almost all the comforts of home by taking along this table-top camp kitchen. It may not hold the kitchen sink, but it has compartments for cooking utensils, dishes, canned goods, pots and pans, etc. Truly a streamlined version of those chuck boxes used by our forefathers when they crossed the country in covered wagons.

The partition which holds the cups lifts out, and the top opens up allowing easy access to frequently used items. Pull down the front panel for a built-in working space. With handles on both sides it’s easy to carry. Just fold it up and it’s ready to go.

This inexpensive camp kitchen is simple to build with our full-size pattern. All you do is trace the parts onto wood, saw them out and assemble. A pattern is also available for a larger portable kitchen that will hold your camp stove and is a free-standing rather than a table-top model.
