Wahlco Environmental Systems: The Santa Ana manufacturer of pollution control equipment reported flat second-quarter earnings of $2.6 million. Revenue rose 17% to $18.3 million from $15.7 million a year earlier. Net income was 15 cents per share, compared to 16 cents for the like 1990 quarter. For the six-month period, earnings declined 24% to $3.5 million, or 20 cents a share, from $4.6 million, or 30 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue was up 30% to $34.1 million from $26.3 million.
