Financing, Economy Topics at Apartment Conferences

The 1991 Apartment Conference, scheduled for Sept. 4 at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel and on Sept. 11 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel, will feature 30 leading experts sharing their insights and strategies for profitable apartment investments.

The conference chairman is Martin S. Stolzoff, partner, Real Estate Conference Group.

Updating the activities of Fannie Mae, the leading apartment lender, will be John M. Delaney, western regional vice president for multi-family and Thomas W. White, senior vice president for multi-family.

Financing availability and sources will be explored by David J. Feingold, vice president, Citicorp Real Estate Inc; Fredric J. Forster, president ITT Federal Bank; Bradley B. James, senior vice president, Newman & Associates; Ben Slayton, managing director Western Bank; George A. Smith, chairman, George Smith/Grubb & Ellis Financial Services, and John T.
